What are the congress hours?
Sunday, May 17th 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday, May  18th 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Can I register onsite?
Yes, onsite registration is available. Registration hours are 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17th and 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18th.

Congress Admission:

How much is congress admission?
Early-bird rates are $70.00 for a 1-day admission and $90.00 for a 2-day admission. After 05/01/26 the rates increase to $90.00 for a 1-day admission and $120.00 for a 2-day admission. Onsite registration will also be available at the same rates: $90.00 for 1-day and $120.00 for 2-day admission.

Do you offer discounts on tickets?
Yes, early-bird prices will save you up to $30 off your admission by pre-registering by May 1st, 2026. Click here to register.

I am a student, do I get a discount?
Yes, as a student you can enjoy a special 2-day all-inclusive rate of only $60. Please note, students cannot register online; registration is available onsite. Onsite registration hours are Sunday, May 17th from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, May 18th  from 10:00  a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Student Identification will be required in order to obtain your special rate. (ex. student ID, school contract, permit).

Do teachers/instructors get complimentary admission?
Yes, 1 complimentary admission per school. Click here for registration information.

Do I need to pay extra or sign up for the workshops?
No, all education is included with your admission. No sign-up or extra payment is required. We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early to the sessions for optimal seating.

Can I purchase a certificate of attendance?
Yes, certificate of attendance is available for $10 cash, located in the pre-function aera prior to walking into the exhibition floor.

Are babies/children allowed on the show floor?
We encourage you not to bring your child to the congress, however, if necessary, you will need to sign a waiver at the attendee information booth upon entering the congress.

Will there be a bag check available for attendees?

A complimentary bag check is available for all attendees. Feel free to drop off your bags and shop freely throughout the event.
The bag check will be located in the Trinity Pre-Function Area, directly in front of the Exhibit Hall.

Accommodations:

Do you offer exclusive rates for hotels near the convention center for ICES attendees?
Yes, exclusive rates are available. Make sure to take advantage, and book your stay. Click here for details.

Is there parking at the convention center?
Yes, the Hilton Anatole Dallas has parking available for all attendees.

Will food and drinks be available?
es. The Hilton Anatole Dallas features restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop. In addition, a café will be available inside the Exhibit Hall for your convenience.
