✦2 Ways to Register Your Students:
Option #1: School Group Pre-Registration (Recommended)
Only schools may submit student group registrations for pre-registration. Students cannot submit their own registration or student ID by email.
- Submit a list of students on your school’s official letterhead, signed by the principal or esthetics instructor.
- Include each student’s first and last name and email address.
- Please email a copy of the student list, including names and email
addresses, in Excel format to

To limit on-site queuing, we encourage all schools to pre-register their students in advance prior to the congress.
Once we receive the list and process payment, all tickets will be mailed to the school in advance.
Please note: Student registration is NOT available online.
Option #2: Onsite Student Registration
If your school did not pre-register you before the September 18, 2026 deadline, you
may register in person at the event by presenting valid student identification and
paying the student registration fee onsite.
For students who are unable to pre-register with their school prior to the September
18, 2026 deadline, onsite registration will be available during the event:
Onsite student registration is available at the same discounted rate of $60.00 for a 2-
Day All-Inclusive Admission Ticket. Please note that students attending only one day
will still pay the full $60.00 admission fee.
Students can register onsite during the event on Saturday, October 17 th , and Sunday,
October 18 th with a valid student ID.
The Onsite rate will be at the same discount of $60.00 for the 2-day admission.
Onsite student registration is available:
Saturday, October 17 th – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, October 18 th – 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM
To receive the student discount onsite, you must present valid student
identification.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
- A valid Student ID card, or
- A copy of your school contract showing current enrollment.
✦Complimentary Admission for Teachers
Each school may receive one (1) complimentary teacher ticket to attend the congress with their students.
How to Get Your Ticket:
Submit a letter from your school principal confirming the teacher’s current employment.
- Deadline: Mail the letter by September 18, 2026.
- After the deadline, you can bring the letter onsite to the Attendee Information Booth.
Important Notes:
- No emails or faxes will be accepted.
- Student and teacher registration is NOT available online.
